- Rating 1.0I needed to cancel a massage-I was left a voicemail confirming my massage on Monday 6/3. I called back on Saturday 6/1 to cancel due to a conflict. I was told the appointment was cancelled. On Monday I received a call that I had failed to show up for my massage and would be charged for it. I spoke with someone there and explained that I had canceled on Saturday. I was told a manager would call me on Tuesday. I didn’t get a call, so I called back on Wednesday and happened to get the manager on the phone.She said I needed to provide a screenshot of the call to prove I had actually called to cancel on Saturday! I’m very insulted that no one believes I had called back to cancel after receiving the voicemail about my upcoming appointment on Monday. My wife was right next to me when I called back to cancel and can confirm that I had called. I really believe this was handled very poorly and expect better treatment. I’m a regular customer and I’m considering canceling my services going forward.

- Rating 5.0Amber, my massage therapist, is the best and most talented woman I've ever met. She's okay with chatting or just being in the moment of relaxation, which I really appreciate. She knows my tough spots and always recommends working on specific areas next time. She is just wonderful and extremely good at what she does. She has a gift !
- Rating 4.5The massage therapists I’ve seen lately are great! The only ding is because of your policies. For example, I’ve built up many credits (due to cancelations from ME during Covid….), but if I want to pause my monthly payments, I have to pay for that opportunity.
