- Rating 4.0I really like the one therapist I go to see but it seems everyone likes him (Youness). I had one other therapist that was good but definitely one of the strongest pressure I've ever had - more of an occasional therapist (Chianti, I believe was his name). Regarding this latest back facial, it was okay, relaxing, but I did end up breaking out after. I break out from products that are comedogenic, like coconut or mineral oil, which I noted on my intake. Probably wouldn't get another, only because of the products - the esthetician was great!

- Rating 1.5I think the prices are too expensive and the monthly membership isn’t a feasible thing for many customers. I also have not had a satisfactory massage experience from many of the massage therapists.
- Rating 1.0The facilities were nice but the massage was a terrible experience. My massage therapist talked the first 10 mins or so and it stressed me out, which ruined the rest of the massage. She also did not massage my arms or thighs even though it was a full body massage.

- Rating 1.0I had Rachel who must have been brand new or untrained. She never used support pillow under my legs, she didn't touch my hands or feet whatsoever and her massage felt random and untrained.
