  I've had exactly 4 professional massages in my life, and 3 of them were by Chloe. I consistently have a great experience with her because the firmness of the massage is great, but she also works out the knots and really doesn't rush anything. My biggest thing I like, though, is when I get a massage I really want to relax and not worry about making small talk. I can make small talk all day, but when I want to relax I can't do it. There's no small talk with Chloe, and I think that's invaluable. She's very kind when starting the massage and asks if there's anything specific to work on, but after that it's quiet and I'm in heaven.

  My experience from the time I arrived until I walked out the door was awesome. The reception staff welcomed me with kindness and professionalism. Alex was such a good massage therapist. She explained everything and checked in regularly to make sure I was doing well.

  Massage was ok; I’ll explain more. the masseuse I could tell really cared about the quality of massage and cared about the company. But unfortunately she talked the whole time and I mean the whole time. And for guest that’s feel awkward and wants silence. I think on the app when applying for a massage there should be a box. “Level of communication” options: none, moderate( check in’s on how’s it going), and conversational. That way; the guest doesn’t find themselves in a situation in which the Masseuse who is sharing about her life and things they love and my reply is “I prefer silence.” It just sends a weird non relaxed mood for something that is suppose to be rejuvenating and relaxing. So the massage was ok not because of her skill, technique, but just the environment I guess.

  My first experience was REALLY bad, like textbook terrible. The manager kindly waived my payment for June and put a credit on my account. I thought that meant I would have enough to at least cover another 1.5 hours but it was only 1 session added and the waived payment didn't mean that I still gained that session as well. This therapist was okay and any issues were likely a result of communication, especially compared to my first session with a different therapist. I booked another session later this month with a therapists I've heard great things about.

  Great overall experience. Second time better than the first which is impressive. Alana seemed to have developed a greater sense of what my back needed between visits.
