- Rating 4.5Trabecca is great, so helpful, and always willing to jump in to help. Such a great manager! Trabecca responds to emails promptly and even follows up immediately right after the appointment if something is needed. Youness is an amazing masseur, easily one of the best I've ever had. He checks it the right amount of times, has a perfect amount of pressure, and is so friendly! I only wish there were more masseurs like Youness because it is really hard to book an appointment with him because his exceptional abilities are unmatched and he's becoming popular.

- Rating 1.0The massage wasn't for 60 minutes (purchased a 60 minute msssage, it was a only about 50 minutes total) and the foot scrub add on took away from the massage time instead of being additional time. I wouldn't have paid additional for the very mediocre foot scrub. During the massage, the lady focused on my upper back only. My lower back was something I asked her to focus on but she didnt really touch my lower back. Lets just say I'm glad I had a gift card to pay. Also, specifically being asked by the receptionist to leave gratuity for the massage therapist was pretty tacky.

I had one other therapist that was good but definitely one of the strongest pressure I've ever had - more of an occasional therapist (Chianti, I believe was his name). Regarding this latest back facial, it was okay, relaxing, but I did end up breaking out after. I break out from products that are comedogenic, like coconut or mineral oil, which I noted on my intake. Probably wouldn't get another, only because of the products - the esthetician was great!
