- Rating 3.0I felt like my massage therapist was really rushed. I was a few minutes late, which I understand, but it felt like once I was on the table she was still rushed. She also ended the appt 10 mins early, so in the end I paid for a one-hour massage but only got a 35-minute massage. I was bummed as I really needed this time to relax and kinda felt like it was a waste of money. I could tell she was a good massage therapist though so maybe Massage Envy should give her more time between appointments so she doesn't feel rushed.

- Rating 1.0The massage therapist assigned to me insisted on talking through my entire “relaxation” massage. She told me all about her car problems and troubles and then went on a long, long rant surrounding George Floyd… she as so involved in her talking, that she just did the same thing in the same spot over and over again. Face cradle was not adjusted, I could barely move my neck once I was finally allowed to leave. Front desk staff unfriendly and extremely pushy in regards to memberships.
