  Previous experiences at Massage Envy have been positive. Very clean, serene environment with competitive prices. But there are some therapists to avoid.

  The entire staff (front desk & therapists), have always been welcoming and helpful. Everyone there genuinely cares that you get the best experience from the time you walk in the door & it shows.

  Everyone was very nice from the time I walked in until the time I walked out. My message therapist even helped stretching my arms and legs as I was extremely sore from working out a few days earlier.

  I’m disappointed with my recent experience at Massage Envy. When I called the front desk, I emphasized multiple times (at least 2-3) that I needed firm or deep pressure. I was assured my therapist was capable of that. Unfortunately, the massage did not meet those expectations. While the therapist was kind, she was unable to provide the level of pressure I required. Within 15 minutes, I considered ending the session because it was the lightest massage I’ve ever received and did nothing to address the concerns I had communicated. My time and money are valuable, and I left feeling like both were wasted during my 90-minute session. No offense to the therapist, but I would have gotten more relief from a massage chair at Brookstone. I communicated my disappoint upon checking out and was told she would address the issue with the woman who booked my appt. I hope Massage Envy improves how they match therapists to clients’ needs in the future.

  This location, I wouldn't recommend to family or friends due to the second session I experienced March 13, 2025. As a 71 y.o Black female, I was recommend to Massage Envy by a fellow passenger on a cruise ship I was on earlier this year after sampling a massage session on the ship. I decided to sign up for 6 months after the first session with a young lady by the name of Christy. She was very professional and the muscle manipulation was excellent. I set up an appointment with her for the next session the following month, but was told a couple of weeks later that she was no longer there at that location. I was set up/scheduled with another therapist by the name of Maria. This lady was not friendly and treated me as if I had some sort of contagious disease of some sort. I'm aware of the fact that, which area of the body that is being work on, is exposed, but the rest of the body should be covered. I've been a Registered Nurse for over 30 years, with a Masters degree in adult care and administration. This therapist proceeded to cover my body from head to toe and began the muscle manipulation through the covers. Mind you, this is not about race, but this white women displayed out right prejudice, which through me for a loop. I didn't complain at that moment, and I even left her a tip. But I will never request that person again, Furthermore, I think I'll source out other locations in the future until my contract expires.
