Booked a 60 min couples massage and was 10 mins late, they started us at almost 20 after due to filling out paperwork and only gave us our massage from 10:20-10:55… STILL charged for an hour massage? when I tried to call that we were running late nobody picked up and we still should get a full 60 min service…

I never received anything stating I needed to be there at certain amount of time before my appointment and was also told they account for 10’minutes of consultation that literally took 2 minutes. I’d rather go somewhere and get what I pay for. I felt extremely ripped off.
