- Rating 5.0I love how clean and friendly they are. Very professional I absolutely love Holly as my aesthetician. I have been seeing her for at least 7 months now. Every month I come in she remembers how my skin is and asks what I need changed. We have great conversation and she always makes me feel welcome. She is professional and kind and extremely knowledgeable
- Rating 5.0I had a wonderful experience during my massage. I originally had massage scheduled at the Northville location with Ruby, but she was unavailable. So my appointment was with Mary, she was professional and spoke and treated me with respect. My massage was enjoyable and I look forward to scheduling with Mary next time.
- Rating 3.0Masseuse did not work hard enough on my problem areas. She'd find a tight spot, give it a gentle shake, and that was it. She also didn’t work for the whole 60 minutes. Finally I felt she greatly discounted the level of pain I was in, and instead insisted on giving me unsolicited advice of how Epsom salts and peppermint aroma therapy was all I needed, to the point where I had to just stop responding to her so she would shut up and get to work. I came here for relief, not homeopathic advice. I have doctors for prevention advice, thank you. My previous visit had a far better masseuse.

- Rating 1.5Horrible experience yesterday. Masseur was obviously very new and inexperienced. Very fast and sporadic in her approach. Came last minute due to a back injury and received no relief whatsoever.

- Rating 3.0I have always had a good experience with the service providers but I have often times had a horrible experience with the front desk staff. It's sad because I would love to go more often considering I have almost 20 credits but it always seems like an issue for the front desk to want to help me.
