- Rating 2.5While my massage was fantastic, I was gifted a gift card for Christmas that was purchased from another location that was never activated apparently. The Birmingham location told me there was nothing they could do about it and I had to pay out of pocket. I now have to go back to the location that the gift card was purchased from with a receipt from the person who gifted it to me and asked them to fix it. As a mom who is 33 weeks pregnant, I came in to relax after experiencing significant physical pain and I was extremely disappointed to have to stay an additional 30 minutes in the building while they tried to fix the issue for the manager to just say “pay out of pocket.”
