  Front desk is amazing. Most of therapists and estheticians are top notch. Price is super competitive. The online portal needs some work, for example, getting email confirmations and reminders would be beneficial, and having access to your historical appts to see who you booked with would be great.

  Clean and nicely decorated rooms. The staff are really nice. My massage was amazing.

  My first time there and I was greeted at the front desk in a welcoming and professional manner. I was offered a beverage and brought to a relaxing waiting area. I was asked questions about my health, what needed attention, and what I was looking for. Post massage I was offered the membership information, but was never pressured or pushed to join. I think I will though, since the value is excellent!!!

  I called to make appointment and told the front desk my daughter gifted me the facial. She said everything is set see you on Wednesday Sept 11th. I arrived and checked in told them once again my daughter gifted this appointment just want to make sure it’s all set. They said it asks for a Credit card but that’s fine we see she gifted it. Go ahead in. When I got out they said you have to pay 125 which my daughter was a member and paid 75. I should not have been charged! I called my daughter in AUSTRALIA and she spoke to the man at front desk and took her CC number and charged 125. I am asking for a call from management about this. She should be credited for the mistake.

  Have had overall good experiences. Some therapist are wonderful while others are not as good. Everyone prefers different types of massage, so of course this variability is to be expected. All have been professional and courteous.

  My therapist was very nice and insightful as she provided recommendations about my target pain points. She recommended reasonable resources and accessible tools like using heat more and also coming back for a full body massage.

  I arrived to my appointment right on time waited for 15 minutes and then they told me that the woman doing my facial hadn’t arrived yet. They then told me that I could go sit in the wave massage chair until they find out where she was at after 20 minutes. They said that she wasn’t coming in that day and offered me a free massage, while nice gesture I still didn’t get my facial I had needed because my face was breaking out and will be looking at other places to get a facial
