  The reception staff often doesn't know how to process something. I also needed change for tip for the therapist (needed $20 bill broken) and there was no change. Completely unacceptable. Receptionist couldn't figure out how to charge my card for the tip. Every time I come over the past few months there are challenges with giving tips.

  I was surprised with a non-published fee to bring my base fee up to the cost this site charged. Their tip service also charges to tip my provider. I am charged to provide a tip… I feel nickel and dimed at this point.

  I was promised to be notified when my masseuse schedule opened up. I called several times to be told not yet. I never received the call. When I found out my masseuse was available (through friends) I called again and was able to get an appointment. This all took more than 2 months AND found out she had been back for more than a month. Very disappointing.

  The massage therapist is very talented, as he worked the knots out of my muscles. The facility is clean, and neatly organized. The front desk staff, especially Mazine, are helpful, professional, and supportive. The experience is an oasis in the middle of my hectic work and life schedule.

  It is exceeding hard to find appointments and not have them cancelled or changed. I always tell people that at Massage Envy it is very easy to have them take your membership fees but very hard to get the services they provide. I have repeatedly accumulated large numbers of credits that I can’t use, because I either wasn’t able to find appointments or because the appointments I made were cancelled. The only option is to freeze my account and not use the credits I paid for, or to do the “freeze plus” option to pay an additional fee to have access to the credits I paid for without accumulating more. I have considered reaching out to the BBB or consumer affairs agencies to review whether there are any avenues of recourse.
