I can't wait to go back next week!!! Likewise, Katie and other desk staff are always very helpful and friendly. Katie, in particular, answers most of my questions and if unsure finds out for me!!! Thank you!!
- Rating 1.0Chose medium pressure and it was the most painful massage I’ve ever had. I was left the next day with bruises on my shoulder. I have received several massages at the requested pressure and I have never left as sore as I did. It was uncomfortable, unenjoyable and I would never do it again. Very disappointing considering how much money it is and for the amount of pain I am in.

- Rating 5.0I would not actually be "highly likely" to recommend Massage Envy to friends and family, but I don't want to risk giving a score lower than a 10 because Jesse is a great massage therapist. The company, however, could improve in many ways. The Massage Envy website is the most awkward cumbersome interface of any such company. People book so far in advance that it never seems that there is any availability in my area, and then they cancel. There should be a system that ensures that members get priority over visitors, especially when members have several unused sessions/credits.
