- Rating 5.0Everyone is welcoming and professional. The skilled technicians are a pleasant to see. Front desk staff is welcoming and efficient.
- Rating 5.0I was really disappointed with the massage. The cost was double what I typically pay to a small business provider (who also includes hot stones in her pricing), and it did not feel like the Massage Envy person actually did any deep tissue, based on what I am used to. It was not worth the money, and I would not recommend it to others. The only reason this rating is a 3 is because I had a facial on the same day, which was lovely and I felt it was worth the cost.
- Rating 1.0Underwhelming massage experience. Front desk and intake were great. But massage room wasn’t inviting, no music, no aroma therapy without paying for it. Made every sniff, HVAC noise, etc, very evident and distracting. Therapist didn’t address my one concern (lower back). Therapist yawned about 10-15 times throughout the session.
