- Rating 1.0I attend when I am offered a gift certificate. I have not been impressed with my service. Therefore, I have never attended without a gift certificate. On my most recent visit, Mr. L seemed to not be in a good space. I don't know if he was sad or angry about something. The massage was great but I do not believe it was the full 60 minutes. He slapped cold oils on my skin. He did not wait outside the door when I left like other places that I go. They wait, offer water, and direct me to the exit. He was nowhere to be found. Ashley at the front desk was great. She was patient and very helpful as it took me some time to find my gift certificate.

- Rating 3.0Great location and staff but online booking platform is lacking as well as account information accessibility online. I recently had a penalty assessed due to a double booking online because the system froze and didn't confirm a booking-thus leading me to create another booking. There's no online information when you access your account that shows payments, invoice, credits, etc. This is a pretty basic function in the service industry. I would also advise against the tipping service in place at the Severna Park location that takes a fee for tipping staff.
