The employees at the Rockville location are not well trained in the sense they do not all give you correct information and the management team is very delayed in their responses to matters. The employees also forget to give messages to managers regarding matters that are urgent or need attention. You get misled by their team about your contracts and when you do sign paperwork they say it is not valid. I contacted management named Cyril Lewis and he said he cannot comment on any of my problems because he has not overlooked my agreements and on May 6th he was supposed to call me back and he has not as of yet. It is such disappointing service and customer care. Getting appointments are difficult, they dont have good massage therapists anymore. None of them are good anymore. The quality of care has decreased, the times have decreased, customer service is of not a higher standard, covid rules are vague, etc.
