The front desk. There is always inconsistent messaging, especially regarding follow up appointments. During my visit September 12, I was told that when I came for my appointment in October, I would be able to make my December appointment. Instead when I completed my massage and tried to complete what I was told I could do, I was told I would have to wait until Nov 1. That was not consistent with previous messaging. I have records showing, appointments were made while in the office, and not with a follow up phone call which one will forget, especially when they are working two jobs. By the time I come in for my mid-November visit, I am sure the schedule will be filled for December. I keep being told to schedule out in advance, but then the office prevents every good messaging. This is frustrating especially after one has competed a massage. The inconsistency at the front desk, almost erases the good experience one has with the massage clinician.
