- Rating 3.5My experience at the Woodmore town Center MASSAGE Envy was mixed. My service went very well, however, the facility needs some upgrading.
- Rating 1.0Poor mannerisms. My daughter was sick, and as a consequence I was not able to attend my massage appointment. A staff member I called about this was exceptionally rude about my plight, with no empathy. She returned to the line after speaking to her assistant manager with the same awful attitude. Because of this negative experience, I am never walking into this location ever again. I will be cancelling my subscription. This location - trying to fight for around $100 by charging me for a no show because of my daughter’s sickness - ended up losing potentially thousands of dollars since I am (was) a member. Not a way to do business, I’d say.
