    Very nice facility. Aura was amazing and gave the best massage I’ve ever had. Perfect pressure. Very good explanation of what she was going to do. I 100% recommend Aura and will definitely be back!!!

    I recently visited Massage Envy in Hagerstown, MD, and was left disappointed. Although I provided specific input on where to concentrate the massage, it felt like my concerns were ignored. The massage itself was lackluster—rushed, impersonal, and lacking any real technique or attention. I almost felt like I was being oiled and kneaded to be the centerpiece at a BBQ rather than having a relaxing, therapeutic experience. On a positive note, the front desk staff was courteous and helpful, but the facilities could use some attention. The bathroom needed a refresh and was low on essentials like toilet paper, which didn't help the overall experience.

    i decided to get a longer facial this time. so the 90 minute vs the 60. i arrived 15 mins early as i was told to do but i wasn’t taken back until 16 mins after my appointment time. my appointment time ended at 5:33. so i received about 75 mins from being grabbed, declothing and receiving the facial. i was still charged for 90 mins.
