  The bait and switch tactics are ridiculous a Massage Envy. Twice my husband bought a Gif Certificate when it was BOGO deal, I go to use it ans the get one offer was expired. There was nothing in writing anywhere that mentions any expiration dates, and absolutley NO give on the part of the front desk staff or managers. NEVER GO HERE!

  Yesterdays experience was ok compared to my experience last month. The receptionist was outside eating when I came in and then she came inside to tell me my appointment was at 4pm when I was originally scheduled at 3:30 and was never called or told that it was changed to 4pm. She then let me know my esthetician was on her way. My esthetician last month was male and I was expecting him. So I was very confused and even considering to cancel the appointment since I wasn’t made aware of any of this before hand. When I attempted to schedule out for next month with my original esthetician I was informed he no longer worked with ME which was fine but still found unprofessional that I was not notified until I showed up.

  I recently had a facial that was truly out of this world! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a calming atmosphere and a warm welcome. The aesthetician was incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to assess my skin and tailor the treatment specifically to my needs. Every product used felt luxurious, and the attention to detail was impeccable. The facial massage was heavenly, instantly melting away tension. My skin was left glowing, hydrated, and noticeably smoother. It was one of the best pampering experiences I’ve ever had—pure relaxation and rejuvenation. Highly recommend!

  The last three appointments were canceled at the last minute. They were for 90 minutes but I was only able to reschedule for 60 minutes. I think I should be compensated for the inconvenience. Maybe a credit for a free 30 minute massage. You would have charged me if I canceled on you with two hours notice.

  Although this review is about the Ellicott City location, the abrupt closure of the Owings Mills MD location was disappointing and unprofessional. I was informed during my facial that the Owings Mills location was permanently closing in 2 days. Because the Owings Mills location is where I originally purchased my membership I am not able to use my remaining promotional vouchers at any other location. Also, the Owings Mills location was approximately 4 miles from my house the next closest location (Ellicott City) is approximately 12 miles from my house. I now have to travel double the distance in order to utilize my membership when I inquired with the Ellicott city location about canceling my membership they were not able to assist because the Owings Mills location is an individual franchise location and not included in their corporate market. I am very disappointed overall in massage envy and will not recommend this company to anybody else

  My last Experience came upon Friday August 23, 2024. I was scheduled for a Massage and Facial. I canceled my Facial because of the Smell and Choking odor in the room. I said let’s cancel the Facial and give me an hour and half massage. As I was checking out I was then told that I was going to be charged 40.00 for cancellation. I refused to pay because I was Not Told before hand that it Not told before hand that I would be charged. The young girl lied and said she told me prior to and She Did Not. I want my 40.00 back b cause I would have changed rooms for the facial. However to go into my account and charge me is definitely not acceptable. I would never hire your company to Ever work for me again. You need to replace those two liars for two honest workers.
