- Rating 1.5A few occurrences that made me realize that the ellicott city location was not for me. 1- when i 1st walked through the door & said hello, the manager came out & reprimanded the front desk staff right in front of me for not standing up when i walked in. That could’ve waited until i was taken in the back but not in front of the customer. 2- as i waited for my service, i couldn’t help but hear the massage therapist complaining about guests coming in, needing to use the bathroom & not being on time. For a “spa like experience” i shouldn’t be able to hear you using your full voice. Plus you are at work, why complain about WORK?! 3- my service provider was very nice however, i asked twice for more pressure & didn’t receive it. Felt like a rub down instead of a massage which led me to feeling the same way as when i first laid down. Plus he was chatty. I was not relaxed at all. 4- my check out process. The young lady at the desk asked why i didn’t want to start a membership & when i told her because of location her entire attitude shifted towards me. I gave her the gift card i had to use & she was super short with me as if i did something wrong. Almost making me feel bad for not starting a subscription however why would i come back when my experience was below th bar? No thanks.
- Rating 1.0My experience with Keshauna was outstanding. She is the only reason I am planning to finish out this contract year. However, Iam not likely because of your rigid cancelation policy and the difficulty in reaching staff by phone when necessary.
- Rating 5.0I consistently have had positive experiences with both therapists and staff. In some instances, I've been notified by text of available openings with therapists I've used, which is enormously helpful.
