- Rating 3.5Limited staff and part-time staff. Pre-covid I was able to have a scheduled massage twice monthly. Post-covid I am only able to schedule a massage with my provider once monthly given she is part-time.

I have had massages from throughout the country and all over the world, including, Paris, Cartegena, Jamaica, and most recent Brasilia, and have been blessed to receive awesome service. First off, I believed I would have been receiving a full hour massage, not 50 minutes. That 10 minute timeframe for consultation and questions is a ripoff, especially since my therapist paid my comments no mind. I specifically requested a firm massage. I put it on the online request, mentioned it during the “consultation,” and even noted it during the session. The therapist provided a timid touch, no firm pressure, none at all. He acted like he was afraid of my body. I noted that my back and feet needed much attention and treatment. That didn’t happen, though. The therapist spent about 30 minutes on my arms and hands. By the time I turned around for my preferred back and foot attention, it was only a few minutes left in the session. I was highly disappointed and will not work with that therapist ever again. I am glad there are several MEs in the area. Hopefully, if I choose to use the services of ME again, my next massage will be with a proficient, professional who listens and provides what the customer requests. $130 is a hefty price to pay and be disappointed.
