- Rating 2.0During my recent visit, I spoke with a representative named Daysha, who informed me that I had a full credit available and that I could book a facial. However, when I called later to ask a follow-up question, I was informed that I only had a half credit. This discrepancy has caused me considerable frustration and confusion. I value clear and consistent communication, and unfortunately, my experience has not met those expectations. Therefore, I have decided to cancel my membership effective immediately.
- Rating 1.5I have been a member for a long time. The past 4 years I have noticed extremely inexperienced therapists. You get massages enough, and you can tell. This last one Julie, she massaged very strange points. Like my bones (literal my bone in my back) instead of muscles. The normal routine of neck and head massage which used to be standard, was not even a thought. And she is not the only one. My last 4 massages have been awful there. I’m thinking of leaving. It’s not relaxing, I came out still wondering why I bothered. And I was a long time believer in Massage Envy. I can barely get in with anyone and if I do, it’s with a male. Which I have had bad experiences with there too. Not happy with the quality of people hired on.
- Rating 5.0After each massage my chronic back pain is minimal and I’m able to manage without pain medication. The other benefit is stress reduction and a great sense of well being.
