- Rating 3.5I Indicated on both the electronic form and verbally that I’d like an area of focus to be my neck. Verbally I shared about tightness in the front of my neck and upper chest, posturally. My neck was not touched AT ALL, front or back. When Megan said, “ok that concludes your massage, take your time getting up” I was stunned. The massage I received was lovely BUT being that I was asked what my problem areas were, I was very disappointed that my main one was not addressed. The only other area I clicked on the electronic form was feet and she did massage my feet. My only guess is that since I’m pregnant and she had me lay on my sides she found it hard to address my neck? However, she should have communicated that, done what she could from sidelying, or asked me to sit if she was uncomfortable with me laying on my back (although my doctor and I are both comfortable with short periods supine while monitoring how you feel.)

- Rating 4.5Great experience - Laurel is an excellent Massage Therapist with great intuition and applies the right pressure for therapeutic benefits. Very accommodating and flexible with helpful staff. The only issue is that the price is a little high, but you get what you pay for, I guess!
