- Rating 1.0Being in the parking lot to get a called that my original therapist didn’t show. General manager said they would get me in the following day and cover a free enhancement. Guess who got charged for the enhancement.

- Rating 1.0I wanted firm pressure. I specifically waited for a massage by someone who offered firm pressure. My back was extremely tight and knotted causing head pain and disturbing sleep. I told the massage therapist I liked firm pressure and he really could not go too hard and he would need to dig when it came to my back. He didn't. While the massage felt good it wasn't what I needed or asked for. It didn't help. I ended up not sleeping that night, going to the chiropractor the next afternoon where they dug into my back. I slept that night because they released some of that tightness. I should have saved $100 and just gone to the chiropractor. I chose to get a massage because I know the chiropractor cannot work on my long enough to really fix it. When I get like this I usually get a 90 min massage and go to the chiropractor the next day and then i am fixed for a few months with going to the chiropractor every 1-2 weeks.

Only thing after having a great experience with my stretch and then heading to my massage when I walked into the massage room there was a sour smell (when you leave laundry wet too long) I couldn't tell if it was the air from the vent, the blanket, the sheets, any towels, or of it was the tech or his clothes. I'm sensitive to smell and the rest of the building didn't smell like anything so to prepare for my massage and walk in to a stench was off putting. Also I noted at check in that I wanted the warmer on. When the therapist began my session I reminded him to turn it on. He stated it was on..I told him again it wasn't THEN he looked and said I'm sorry "I thought it was on" mistakes are fine. But check before telling me it's on and I'm the one laying there and can feel that it's not. So I felt cold almost the entire duration because it took so long to warm up.
