I scheduled a Appt with one person & they changed me to a new different person. I wasn’t given a courtesy call to tell me advance. The lady who checked me in for the appt didn’t tell me either. I’ve been going to the same 2 people, Kimberl & Zenobia since December 2021. So, why you guys give me a new person instead of giving me the option to reschedule. The new lady was very nice and did a good job. Every month I pay extra for aromatherapy. This time I didn’t smell any thing. I told the front desk, I don’t think Maria used. The rep explained she added the essential oils to the massage oil herself; so it was definitely used. Zenobia & Kimberl always have a strong albeit soothing fragrance and they give we a little take home bottle of the leftover lotion. The new girl didn’t do that & perhaps the front desk rep is new too because she didn’t mix it right either. I understand the person I booked with probably had a emergency. My complaint isn’t about them. My complaint is with your manager. Alerting the customer as to who will be you touching your body should strict policy.
