They actually take the time to get to know you to be able to find a great fit for your massage. The massages are amazing and really help with my anxiety and being able to get away and relax.

The customer service in this organization is exceptional. The organization's leadership values people, which is depicted from the time we walk into the time we walk out. I drive 2.5 hours to get to the location because of the value the team brings to me. I really feel this organization is unique in that it shows us how much they value us as a customer. Again, It is truly a model of excellence.

- Rating 1.0Left with my right arm in more pain than I arrived. Masseuse paid very little attention to it despite the fact that I told her it was my biggest problem. At the end, she asked how I felt, and I told her "My right arm is in agony." She just looked at me and said "Okay, I'll be outside." Front desk then badgered me until I agreed to a follow-up appointment, then went on the upsell for your membership. I expect that appointment to be cancelled. Overall, a pretty poor experience compared to my last trip to the Shreveport location about 5 years ago.
