- Rating 4.0It was very clean and fresh and everyone was friendly, especially, Vicki. I did inquire about the membership as I was filling out paperwork, and I felt a little misinformed. The lady who checked me in said that I would receive the facial that day for free (I was signed up for a message and facial); plus, I saw the advertisements. Well, I got to check out! With someone else, and there was confusion. She snags to start everything over and that's when she notifies me that the facial was not free, that I would not earn combo services until March. I am reading website now, and it does state that clearly. I just want to make sure that I am getting accurate pricing, as well as the perks I am paying for. I bought two expensive products on top of that, then a customer tells me outside that I should have waited until my discounts kick in. So even though everyone was nice and professional, I still feel misinformed (or misunderstood), as well as cheated for these services. Also, I want to make sure that I can go to any Massage Envy because Intravel; I did ask and she said yes, but just want to confirm. Thanks, Kelly PS I know these surveys need to be shared with the team, but I do plan on and want to stay with Vicky for all skin care routine!!!

- Rating 5.0My massage therapist is truly a saint and has really helped me in healing my body. I’ve been in tremendous pain, after seeing him I signed up to see him monthly and it has made a world of difference on how I can live my daily life. Hands down 100% recommend.
