I was told I could freeze my account and still have access to the credits for a certain period of time. Don't tell me it was in the form I signed. The store told me I could freeze so I would not be charged and could catch up. But I'm being charged $20 a month to have access to the credits I ALREADY PAID FOR. YOU CHARGED ME FOR THE CREDITS AND NOW YOU ARE CHARGING ME AGAIN???!! WHY WOULD I RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE?? I EITHER LOSE THEM OR KEEP PAYING FOR THEM. THIS IS INSANE. AFTER THESE CREDITS ARE USED, I WILL NOT RETURN TO ANY OF YOUR FRANCHISES.
