  My last 90 minute service with RJ was wonderful !! He answered all my questions and very kind and respectful through the whole massage

  I have a Massage Envy membership. I had not been for a massage in approximately four months. I usually attend the Bertrand location, but there were no openings. I was happy and eager to see an availability for a tissue massage for Tuesday night 7 PM the night before a holiday in which I can be off and rest. My appointment was for 7 PM I arrived at 6:51 at 7:09. I went back to the front to ask if my Massage therapist was going to come and get me. I sat back down and RJ came at approximately 7:11 took me to the room. I explained to him my massage request specifically attention to my back but and feet I was very clear not to waste time on my legs, arms and hands. He left the room and came back to begin at approximately 7:17 I asked what I get my 60 minutes he says yes. My greatest concern is that he seems to waste massage time doing a lot of moving around and prepping for the next step. I asked three times to increase the pressure because the massage was that of a Swedish with prodding in places he he stopped and told me the massage was complete at approximately 7:05. I asked him what about my feet I was very specific about my feet getting massaged his reply. Was maybe you need a 90 minute massage to get that done. I responded. “Oh really?” “I need a 90 minute massage to get my feet done?” I emphasized this in the prep session, OK asked if I needed water. I said no I went to check out. The receptionist asked how was my service explain to her that it was 8:09 when I came to the desk to ask, where was my masseuse and here I am checking out and it’s 8:08 not 60 minutes , she asked if I wanted to schedule my next session there with another masseuse and I responded absolutely not. I’ll go back to the Lafayette Bertrand location. This was my worst experience and I felt like he should’ve paid me for the party the lack of the service, the lack of comprehension to my request and the lack of time management to meeting massage request and then the poor customer service of suggesting I need a 90 minute because he never ever even touched my feet almost as if it isn’t a version and a determination that it wasn’t gonna happen. I am very dissatisfied and I won’t refer to that location .

  There are sooo many reasons over the years. Poor service, poor therapists, drama, unprofessionalism... just to start.
