- Rating 2.5My massage as always was fantastic but the front staff needs customer service training! There is absolutely no managerial presence and there is very poor communication regarding store policy changes. Thankfully my therapist was able to address the issue.
- Rating 5.0The moment I walk in the door, I am greeted by a smiling face and friendly voice telling me I am checked in and I can go back to the waiting room. Linda Brown greeted me and escorted me to her room. Mrs. Brown has exceptional skills. Not only was all tension removed, but I think I was actually dreaming!
