  It was ok. I’d rate it a B. It was pretty much what I expected, but there was no discussion after from him about anything he noticed… tension areas in my body, recommendations, etc. Also the cost of the Aromotherapy lotion seemed high. He gave me the rest to take home. It looked like regular, inexpensive lotion and didn’t warrant the extra charge.

  The first front desk server was professional, kind, and friendly when checking in. Male masseuse was okay. Felt rushed to undress for massage because as soon as he stepped out, he was knocking on the door to see if I was ready for him to step back in. He did not hit the target areas I mentioned, only upper body was tended too mostly. When checking out, the second front desk server I encountered asked if I was interested in joining a membership, I declined. She asked what was the hold up, I told her I was not interested. It was my first visit there. It felt more of a corporate experience than a catered or luxury experience. As though she was more interested in getting another person signed up for membership immediately versus building rapport with a new client that would lead to a membership. There wasn't a separate area to undress, put items in locker, or robe. There is a very slime chance I would be returning. My biggest issue is that the areas I needed targeted were not worked on. It was also a birthday treat for myself. Therefore, I was a bit more disappointed. The overall pricing for 90 mins was fair. No one met me with a cup or bottle of water after massage as advertised on website either.

  Todd was great but the message was less than 1hr. Also, there was no smell of aroma therapy in the waiting room nor the massage room. Both had somewhat of a stale odor

  I asked for deep tissue didn't get it Ethan sat the whole time when finished I had to get my own water he was nowhere to be seen

  I had Joe C. and he was amazing, he listened and understood when I told him the problem areas to focus on. He seemed well educated on what would help my issues. He definitely knew what he was doing and I feel so much better now and it's been 2 days.
