- Rating 4.5Masseur was excellent. Facility is wonderful. Only thing that makes it a 9 is that the massage itself is only 45-50 minutes.

My current therapist, Sarah Beth, is the most intuitive, communicative, and effective therapist I’ve even had in 4 decades of massages. If I win the lottery, I’m stealing her away and doubling her salary! She’s AMAZING!
- Rating 1.0I was 20 mins early to my appointment. My appointment was for 9am.Due to "technical" issues my massage didn't start until 9:25. My session ended at 9:57. So I got a 32 min massage when it was supposed to be a 60 min FULL body massage. I got my shoulders, quads, and back massaged. Worst part - I was charged for a full body 60 min massage. I definitely won't be back and I won't recommend this location to any one I know.
- Rating 5.0Sarah Beth is an outstanding massage therapist! I came in with some aches and pains from a long road trip as well as a flair of my plantar fasciitis. I walked out with none of those!
- Rating 5.0Laura is the best massage therapist in Louisville. She asked me what areas needed her special attention and if I wanted deep tissue massage. She executed a memorable 90 minute massage.

- Rating 3.5If you want a higher rating, you might allow members moe lea way in sharing massages with family and friends without big time constraints and up charges. You obviously want to prevent from missing new memberships with chronic sharing, but it is also a great tool to get new people to experience your services. I still have over a dozen massage piled up since covid and it is difficult with my schedule to use them all up...
