- Rating 3.5The App is difficult to navigate and edit a profile. The staff were great trying to help me but it took almost 3 months to rectify.
- Rating 3.0The front desk was a little confusing. I felt confused about what I was supposed to do and would have liked to be welcomed a little differently. I started talking to one lady and the other one interrupted her and took me back to the waiting room and didn’t realize I needed to fill out paper work even though I told her I had never been there. Laura my massage therapist was the best massage I’ve ever had. She was very professional, made me feel comfortable and actually listened to what I needed. She did the best deep tissue massage.
- Rating 1.5The massage therapist used a massage device without telling me it would be an additional $10. I would not have used it if I had known it was an additional charge

- Rating 4.0My masseuse smelled like cigarette smoke. She also asked about diet which I don’t think is appropriate as she has no nutritional degree that I am aware of and I am not seeking dietetic services.

- Rating 4.0I am exceedingingly happy with my esthetician. I am concerned that, in my experiences and in my opinion, massage therapists come and go at an excessive rate.

- Rating 5.0Staff is friendly and informative. The masseuse listened to the issues I was having and adjusted the massage to deal with them.
