- Rating 2.5My massage therapist is wonderful and that’s why I keep coming back. There has been a decline in the front desk staff this past year. I have called and left messages and not received a call back. This has happened twice. On 2 separate occasions after a massage this past year I expressed interest in renewing my membership and a staff member tried to put it off stating it was a lot of paper work and was i sure I wanted to do it at that time. Lastly, on my last visit while waiting for the massage the 2 front desk girls were talking and laughing loudly. I am use to a calm quiet experience before and after massage. I feel like this location is not what it use to be l.
