- Rating 5.0I have seen Chyenne several times and specifically only book with her now after being so happy after my first visit with her. She makes sure to listen to you and focus on the areas you tell her you’re having problems with. She does a great job working on knots and tight muscles and also provides things I can do at home between visits to help work on these areas. I always feel great after leaving my appointments and would highly recommend Chyenne to anyone wanting a great massage!

- Rating 1.0every time I leave there from a massage, I’m always disappointed. I asked for firm-deep tissue massage and only received light to medium pressure.

- Rating 1.0It wasn’t the worst massage but felt very rushed and not relaxing. I was told at the beginning that I could tell her if it was too much on pressure since I like the light to medium-ish. I told her it was too much, she lighten for about 2 minutes then went right back to the heavy pressure. After telling her lighten the pressure for a light relaxing massage, she said “sorry, I just get carried away”. Several times, I asked to go back to light, she would do it for a few minutes then “get carried away” again. I’ve had several massages over the years (roughly 30 over the last 8 years). When I was flipped over to the front, she did not massage the tops of my legs or arms. I thought it was odd since I paid for a 90 min massage with hot stone and didn’t get finished with a full body. She did burn me 2x with the hot stone on my lower back where I almost came off the table. This was not a pleasant experience. My mother who also got a 90 massage was left unsatisfied as well.
- Rating 5.0It’s easy to make an appt. Cory is awesome, but I’ve occasionally had others who were very good. The staff is friendly, and they run on time. Plus, they send you reminders about appointments.
- Rating 5.0Great service from the friendly front desk as well as the masseuse. Mindy was the best! Generally, when I go to this location I have seen someone else but they are no longer there. I was concerned about getting someone new as I have had bad massages before. Mindy was consistent and gave me a plan of action of how to help with my concerns.

- Rating 3.0Inconsistent at best. I have either really bad luck or they can’t seem to get good help. Went over my preferences at the beginning (each time I go) and probably 3/4 of the time the therapist does what they want instead of what I ask for. I go there to help repair my body from training, not relaxation. I am very honest about this. Also, when I say do not touch my face….that is EXACTLY what I mean. Not big on my scalp either and the therapist spent 10 minutes rubbing my head and my head and face. Just gave me oily hair.
