- Rating 5.0Massage therapist Allison is probably my favorite person. She’s very professional, soft spoken, very polite and omg that head massage!!!! She’s talented in her skills and I would prefer her every time. Thank you Allison.
- Rating 2.0Turnover is way too high. You find a good therapist, then struggle to book appointments because they’re good, then they leave. It’s frustrating to constantly be in this cycle and I’m going to cancel my membership because of it.

- Rating 3.5I had to cancel due to family emergency and the response from Massage Envy East was not friendly but more threatening. Basically, show up or we charge you 100% of the fee. I left a voice mail to let them know I wouldn't be able to make it but I don't think they checked since I received a text asking if I was coming. It could be automatically sent I'm unsure. Overall, I have never had this comment. I have been a customer for at least 10 years and never had it charged.
- Rating 2.0I drove two hours to appointment, only to find out, I did not have an appt! All the lady at desk could say was “sorry”, yet the week before, when I had written down the wrong day for my appt, I was charged 1/2 of my appt! GUESS Customer makes an error, WE PAY! Massage Envy errors, oh, all you get is “sorry”! I have gone to Massage Envy for years, referred 4-5 people, and this is the way I get treated! Very disappointed in what I considered a great massage option!
