I booked an hour and a half. When on the day of I realized it was only 30 minutes your front desk girl (who was pretty clueless the whole time I dealt with her two days prior) argued with me. Didn’t make it right. Didn’t even apologize! My boyfriend took off work. Skipped lunch. Came home and showered so he could go enjoy his hour and a half massage and that was just ripped away then not an apology. Not once did Cheyenne or coffee actually apologize or own that she had made a mistake. They both acted like I booked a 30 minute massage, then refused to ask the therapist if they would accept a longer appointment even though they had no other appointments after the one I made. I begged even if they would do an hour , but no. Just refusal. No apology. No ownership of having really screwed over one of your customers. I had JUST planned with my therapist to come TWICE A WEEK and even made the appointment for Friday after being in there Tuesday. I tipped $70 for a one hour massage. Cheyenne saw this and still no one would just ask the therapist if he would stay an extra 30 minutes for $100? You don’t care about your customers and your front desk is SABOTAGING your therapists ability to make money. Horrible customer service experience. Horrible.
