- Rating 2.5My massage was not good. The person was new, the desk told me she was there for 2 weeks, the massage therapist said 2 days. The massage therapist did not do a good massage, ignored what we discussed before she started and when asked for more pressure on my neck and shoulders she actually went lighter and said "im not good at hard pressure" she never when below my elbow on my arms and spent less than 5 minutes on each leg/feet. I tipped her cause I almost felt bad for her. Will not go back to her ever again . Im not sure I would go back to massage envy at all except for the fact that I bought the membership. I have credits I have to use up. The person that I brought with me did not enjoy his massage either, he said it felt like she was in a race, and almost felt beat up when he was done.
- Rating 1.0I pay a monthly fee but rarely use my services. Unfortunately, when I allowed my two daughters to access my credits, I was told there was a $10 charge for each of them to use my credits. I have paid for those credits and they are mine to use as I choose. I will not be required to pay extra for my daughter’s usage. That would be like my bank charging me to remove money from my account and .for each of them to use my credits. I have paid for those credits and they are mine to use as I choose. I will not be required to pay extra for my daughters usage. That would be like my bank charging me to remove money from my account and give it to my children. That does not make sense and that cannot possibly be legal. Therefore, I would never ever suggest that anybody use Massage Envy again in my life unless you change this ruling. Shame on you!
