- Rating 5.0I will say that I was not taken back for my massage session/room until 5 minutes after my time had started and then the provider stopped 5 minutes before the massage should have been done so in all reality I did not get the full 60 minute session that was chosen. I also felt that the provider was not a great fit for me as I felt that she didn’t target the sections I had mentioned. I would also like to say that the front desk lady named “Madison” was not the nicest. I had signed up for a membership and she told me I wouldn’t be charged for it till June, she had me swipe my card for it to be on file then proceeds to comment to me “um you must not have the funds”, and “were you expecting to have the funds in your account”?! I had more than enough to cover it in my account and I thought that was unprofessional to comment to a paying customer like that. When I left, I had gotten a receipt from here that stated I paid $80.00. I will say the manager did call and refunded me but not sure why I was charged for membership when Madison stated that I wouldn’t till June then proceeded to comment mean things about my account.
