Also, I have very annoyed that I've asked several times to have my membership terminated, but the response us always to "let's put it on a freeze for a few months." I'm feeling scammed out if my money every time I go because it seems like I'm paying more than I should be for my services. I was also very disappointed in the. Upping service i just received. I've had it done in the past with another company for cheaper and more intensive. I did NOT feel like I got my money's worth.
