Nobody explained to me at checkin how the process worked--Basically I didn't know that if I didn't click on a body part the therapist wasn't allowed to work on it? That also wasn't made clear when I made the appointment online. This was the weirdest and most confusing experience with massage I've ever had. The front desk needs to be better organized. I arrived 15 mins early, one woman took my name and said I was checked in, then left. The other woman was there when I checked in noticed me sitting there and asked if I'd been helped and then walked me back to the tranquility room. 10 mins after my appointment was supposed to start, the same person from the front desk who took me to the tranquility room called to ask where I was. Then she rushed back and told me I had forms to fill out, and didn't explain them to me, and I rushed through them. She apologized and said it had been a hectic day but there was literally one other person in there. Also, you pay for an hour, but the clock starts ticking at 50 mins? It doesn't take me ten minutes to undress. I made an appointment for one more massage because the therapist was amazing, but it's unlikely I'll go back after that.
