  My 60 minute massage that was $80.00 was cut 9 minutes short, which may not sound like a lot but this is a treat a few times a year. The therapist had even mentioned how my legs needed more attention but yet it was 4:51 when I was getting dressed. It is expensive and the therapist who does the actual work doesn’t get paid a fair amount in my opinion. I also dislocated my shoulder and had specifically asked for it to be rubbed out but the spot was never found.

  It was not a relaxing experience at all. The therapist preferred hard muscle work and said she doesn’t like it when people just want to relax. She said I would be sore for a couple of days from the massage. The skin on my back felt like it was burned and I took Advil on Monday and Tuesday. She spoke of personal things and I reciprocated to be nice. She was an extremely kind person but I booked the appointment due to extreme stress at work and didn’t feel relaxed when I left. The headrest was broken and kept sliding forward. She said she mentioned it to management but they hadn’t replaced it. She forgot to use the overpriced $12 lotion until later and I took most of it home. I had the last appointment time of the workday. She was running about 10 minutes behind and I was told that I would still get an hour massage. During the massage she was going to leave 10 minutes off of it and I could dress and then she would work on my neck while sitting in the chair. After I had dressed she said oh I didn’t realize the time (6:13) and so she ended the appointment.

  My massage therapist was great. The regularly checked to make sure I was comfortable. Highly recommend!

  Amanda was great. One of the best massages I’ve ever had. However the head rest was loose and kept shifting during my session. Amanda had to stop to look for another one. There wasn’t any others available so we continued without it. Made the face down portion of the massage a little uncomfortable. Once on my back it was better.
