- Rating 5.0Kayla….she’s the reason I would have anyone come to visit massage envy. She was very friendly and the front desk receptionist.
- Rating 1.0The way the pricing changes and what is included verse not in your package is inconsistent and never told to customers until they are paying. It has happened multiple times for me and I simply cannot get behind a business that is not transparent in their pricing.
- Rating 2.5I love Massage Envy staff and have been a member since 2017. Ever since covid the amount of cancellations has been ridiculous. I would love to say I would recommend it but can't due to this. When I do get in for a massage or facial it is amazing. You just can't count on it. It is a running joke in my house that I have a facial or massage on the calendar for a month in advance and the day of someone will call and cancel it.
