- Rating 1.5Your prices are not very clear on the website. You have to dig to find it. I have been a customer in the past but your prices have increased significantly since last year. The website says if you haven’t been a customer in the last 6 months, which I haven’t, the price is $80. When I booked online this is the price that came up. Less then 24 hours in advance I was informed with a call that the price was $50 more which meant I couldn’t cancel without a penalty. The massage therapist was five minutes late and ended 5 minutes early. If you’re going to charge that much, she should be on time or make it up at the end. I also stated firm pressure in the online survey and it was hardly firm at all. Not what I was expecting or hoping for.
