- Rating 1.0I could not attend my session due to illness. I was charged, though. On another subject, I am very frustrated that I cannot see the status of my account on the website. It is also very difficult to get an appointment for a massage at the Wheaton location. If these situations aren't addressed in the near future, I will be looking for another massage company. I feel certain you are hearing these frustrations from others, as I hear it among my friends who have joined ME quite often. I do know several who have already left. It is a shame because the people who work at Wheaton are very nice. Thank you for the opportunity to express my frustrations. Ellen Meuch (member since at least 2012)
