This isn't a relaxing massage, this is truly a massage for those who are looking to get benefits from a massage for there overall health and wellness. I feel I can come here and no matter who I see leave in a better position then when I arrive. I work at a desk all day then am in school at night at the same desk and chair. Between chiropractic care and coming to Massage Envy, I finally have a better control over my health!

- Rating 5.0It is ok. I have only been 4 times with my daughter. Two of my experiences were great. 1 wasn't good at all. My credit card was charged without my permission. My daughter tried to pay and they said it was paid. On the way home we were discussing it and found out it wasn't paid so I called them next day to pay for the massage or use my free massage and found out they had charged my credit card for massage. I authorized a charge for the tip, but my daughter was treating me to the massage. My last visit was lovely.

- Rating 2.5It is very expensive and the three times I have been there service has not been consistent each time. Once my daughter was left waiting for 45 min. No warm pack no explanation. That same visit my daughter was supposed to pay for my massage I tipped on my card. When my daughter tried to pay I was outside) the lady said I had already paid for it. When I called the next day to pay for it I was told they charged it to my card. I did not give them permission to do that.
