- Rating 2.0My masseuse was Marcel, he was nice. His skill level was beginner/basic. At the beginning, he asked to broaden my areas to make it a whole body massage. I wished to have my upper back focused on due to stress knots in my shoulder blades, he spent small portion of time on my back. At one point he started making sighing sounds, maybe annoyed or having a bad day. Just breathing maybe, idk, but it was awkward. I have had so many other massages through other companies that have been stellar and cheaper! I made an appt because I had a gift card. Not sure if I would return unless I reviews ratings on the masseuses prior to booking.
- Rating 1.5I probably wouldn’t recommend massage envy because they aren’t consistent with appointments. You schedule one and they cancel and don’t offer any solutions or follow up.
