- Rating 3.5No heat in the massage room. Too cold. I almost left.

The front staff has said they will leave messages for the manager to reach out to me at least 3 times to clarify the start date of my membership use. The membership will renew without canceling directly with a manager but a manager is never present and does not return messages.
- Rating 2.5I loved my massage, but left with some questions that a Manager was going to get back to me Saturday October 19th. Haven't gotten a call.
