- Rating 5.0I go once a month and get a deep massage, it is always great. It is clean and this time the lady behind desk was very nice.
- Rating 4.0Must be ultra clean and comfortable. No tears on chairs in massage rooms or elsewhere. Regularly shampooed carpets and dust boards. Warm rooms. Painted walls clean without oil drips and dust. Bedding is very clean and nice.

- Rating 1.0Worst massage experience ever. Get my husband on his stomach the entire time. Massaged the backs of his knees forever. When he tried to ask about his shoulders which were hurting him the masseuse said she didn't speak English and then tried to say they were out of time. It was freezing in the room and another customer complained also. Plus she covered him in tons of oil and then didn't give him anything to wipe it off with. Just all around a horrible experience. I didn't pay that much mo money to get my husbands knees massaged and then get his time cut short.
- Rating 1.0I don’t like the policies. You should be able to give your credit hours to your family members whenever not 1 hour every 6 months. That’s why people keep dropping They don’t like your policies and don’t like the fact that you can never schedule a massage
