- Rating 3.5While the facial was great, I also had a massage scheduled before it which got canceled within less than an hour of the appointment time. As I drive an hour to get to Madsage Envy I feel as if I should have been offered some sort of compensation for my time and inconvenience.

- Rating 3.0I wish I could give it a 10 but I despise the 50 minute / 80 minute vs 60 minute / 90 minute structure for massages. I want an hour or an hour & a half. This is the only massage place I have ever encountered that operates this way. Also, the tip chart listed at the location is WAY OFF. Even without discounted membership pricing, there is NO WAY that $30 is a 20% tip for 80 minute massage. That would mean that the massage would cost $150. There is NO WHERE IN TOWN where a 90 minute massage costs $150!! NO WHERE! I have priced them. Believe me. You are uncharging those charts to make customers feel guilty if they don't tip that amount. Average cost of 60 minute massages run $75-$90 in town which means that average 20% tip should be around $15-18. Average 90 minute massages in town run $110-$120 meaning 20% tip should be $22-24. And these are for FULL 60 or 90 minutes. You don't get knocked off 10 minutes for changing time.
