- Rating 2.0Was able to accommodate a same day appointment, which was great. Unfortunately the service provider was running late as her first appointment of the day. The massage table was not pre-heated and cold when first laid on. The time was going to be accommodated for and the masseuse even verbally told me the start and stop time. However, she spent a decent amount of time on what she thought was a sheet error - that I was under all sheets and directly under the table. This was not the case and she was simply having trouble placing the pillow under my legs. There also was an incident with a door that I am unsure of the specifics as my eyes were closed. She left the massage to deal with this incident. All-in-all, I feel like I was shorted on my purchased massage time. I also felt my masseuse's technique was extremely lacking. I would not recommend her to anyone despite her being very kind.

- Rating 2.0I had a totally different experience than the first time I went. This time, the woman at the front desk asked me if I wanted a tour (why would I want to do that?) And then I was asked multiple times if I wanted to buy a package. (I would have asked if I did.) Was I sure that I didn't want a massage on Mother's Day? Asked if I wanted to come in with my adult daughter. I felt like a was being pushed to upgrade my session that day which I didn't want to do. I was asked if I would like to buy products. They were clearly on display. And I did not. I wanted to get a massage so that I could relax. That did not seem possible given all the questions I was asked. Here's what I wanted: to walk in, tell the person at the desk that I was there, pay my fee, get a massage, and then leave. That's all I wanted.
