- Rating 1.0I spent about 20 minutes trying to check out because the staff couldn't honor my grandfathered rate or process the payment for the extra 30 minutes. I've always paid for the additional 30 minutes with my credit card, rather than using points or credits. After my 90-minute massage, I was told a manager would have to call me, so I finally left.
- Rating 5.0It's convenient to have multiple locations and the pricing with a membership keeps massage as a health option.
- Rating 4.0Very friendly staff when you arrive and attentive in making appointments and confirmations.
- Rating 1.0The facial was GREAT! Grace was my technician- she is a 10! What was the biggest turn off was the sales pitch. I was gifted a very generous gift certificate for 3 facials. This facial was $80 but unless I join the club and pay the $80 monthly charge, my next facial will be $130. Sorry Massage Envy that’s terrible especially since this is my first time.

It turned out to be the best gift ever! Marlene asked all the right questions before beginning and put me at ease immediately. I will be back and I will request her as my massage therapist

- Rating 1.0None of the girls at the desk seem to have a clue, half the time they don’t even answer the phone. When you ask for a deep tissue person, they give you someone that straight out tells you they don’t do deep tissue. This place is not run well at all.
