- Rating 3.5Massage was great, but the music track is distorted, and very very distracting at the last location we have used. Please replace the music track at the McHenry location. I have been to 3 or 4 other locations, and McHenry's music track is awful.
- Rating 5.0Everything was great. Ashley W is one of the best therapists I have seen in my over 10 years of being a member. The front desk people are always so nice and helpful. I wish I had their names because they deserve a note of thanks. I appreciate all you do. Thank you! Craig
- Rating 4.5Debbie is one of the BEST therapists there for relaxation! Hannah and Jonathan are also fantastic. I have seen quite a few others but they are all consistent and great! I am not sure where to add you should fix your music services. It cuts out and has crackling noises and long pauses between songs. My husband said he would never come back because of that.
- Rating 5.0Hannah was awesome. She focused on the areas I wanted her to with the perfect amount of pressure. I left feeling very relaxed.
- Rating 4.0The one thing I would change is the music. It is horrible, and clunky. Songs end abruptly, silence, then a new song starts. In a very soothing environment that is jarring.
- Rating 5.0Debbie created a very relaxing environment and also made the invitation of communicating about the service and life very friendly and a part of the experience. I will be coming back.
