- Rating 4.0I have only been two times with same therapist. The first time was great with a warm room and nice atmosphere...second time the room was much colder and the therapist hands were cold, meaning that the room is too cold. The lotion was also cold, so he tried to warm it up as much as possible, but this is my biggest pev about getting a massage...I shouldn't have goose bumps. I had him turn up the bed warmer, but that only gets one side of you warm.
- Rating 4.5It would not let me choose 10. Ashley W. Has become my favorite therapist. She listens to my concerns and focuses on areas that I need relief with. Thank you!
- Rating 3.5The big issue was the sound. The music with crackling and popping throughout the massage. It was difficult to relax with it. Therapists didnt think that there was an issue by their reactions.
