I have only had 2 massages here that I’ve enjoyed. I am continually given wrong information from the office staff and this last time was the same. A couple of examples of the service provided from this location. I was never asked my preferences. The first masseuse did not provide the type of massage I enjoyed even after I requested more pressure. When I came out, I was charged more money for 90 minutes. Then, I decided not to tip because I did not get what I asked for. Someone from the office actually called me for a tip. Second visit I show up for my appointment and was told I was scheduled for the following week. I arrived the following week and the masseuse was good. I was having trouble getting a 90 minute hot stone massage as there are only 2 people who do this massage. One of whom’s techniques are not what I like. I made the appointment with the other masseuse but when I arrived, I was told that Jennifer would be giving me my massage. I made it clear that I did NOT want Jennifer but I had the massage because you can’t get appointments. This last time at the Hoffman Estates location I received a great massage. But when I went to the desk to make an appointment and leave a tip, I was told owed over $60.00! The person at the desk told me she made a mistake by telling me on the phone and in person that I would not owe money for this massage. These”mistakes “ happen all the time. I actually said to her that coming here for a massage is one of the most stressful things that I do. I requested a form to cancel my membership. This is simply not a good fit for me and definitely not an enjoyable experience.
