- Rating 3.5It's a great service and convenient for getting massages. However, some of the policies are very unfair to customers. My card on file expired and I missed the call from the office. They let me know in a voicemail that if I didn't call back and update the card, my membership would be cancelled and I would lose all the credits I had already paid for. I get the membership lapsing after a period of time, but losing all the credits I've already paid for is completely unfair and a horrible policy.
