  It's not a bad experience, just a regular one. If someone I knew was wondering where to get a basic massage, I'd tell them I'd been here before and that it was fine. If they wanted a really good massage experience, I'd recommend Tricoci. The person who massaged me spent a lot of time on my scalp, face, and neck, a normal amount of time on my back, and almost zero time on my legs. He skipped the backs of my thighs and calves, skipped the fronts of my thighs, and skipped my feet. The only part of my legs that he worked on was the front of my shins and knees, which seemed odd. The person at the front desk was also fine, I guess. No warm customer service experience to speak of, but she wasn't rude to me. No one asked if I wanted to rebook - they just took my payment and told me I was all set. Again - nothing terrible about the experience, just entirely mediocre. If I want to really treat myself, I'll probably pick somewhere else.

  It never fails I am always cancelled up to the day before my appointment. Not great experience. This time it was my mom

  Leo is always consistent. I have been making pre scheduled appointments with him but in between became very sore from home renovations. I checked schedule online and got on waiting list, knowing I have gotten in before - No more than two minutes later I received a text that Leo had availability! The waiting list works and not only that but Leo had a gap in his schedule so I was able to get 90 min instead of 60. He hit every millimeter of where I was sore plus so much I didn't know was sore! You can always count on Leo as he takes the time to align your body and work the to balance areas.(ie small padded towel under hip for alignment -noticeable difference). The little adjustments Leo makes with pads and/or towels make all the difference for alignment . You can feel the difference right away! He also recommends the best stretches for the sore areas he worked !

  Availability has gotten better and massages are decent for the price. No way would I ever pay “non-member prices” though! Tipping charts are a little offensive in my opinion.

  I like Massage Envy but I cannot always get the therapist I want. I do like the low cost for members!

  Ally did a wonderful job. I had neck and shoulder pain for over a month. It got so bad that I wasn't sleeping and turning my head even hurt. I couldn't believe that my pain was virtually gone after my massage. She did such a wonderful job I'm considering a membership.
