- Rating 3.0It may have been the treatment I chose but I didn’t expect the lotion used to act and smell like Biofreeze.
- Rating 1.5The monthly membership seems like a good deal if you can use a service every single month. Otherwise, it becomes a nightmare and canceling was a terrible experience. I visited on 11/29 and filled out the cancelation forms. I was told I had 1.5 credits (whatever that means) a manager would call. They never did. I noticed I was charged again on 12/14. I thought maybe there was a delay in the cancelation and forgot to address it with the holidays. Then I was charged again on 1/14. I called about it and January was refunded. I scheduled a massage for 1/25, within the 60 days of cancelation so I wouldn't lose the credits. It was a great 90 minute massage but at the end, I was to be charged the full amount. I questioned this and was told my credits were expired. I explained the whole cancelation and the 12/14 charge and the other woman at the front desk stepped over and helped and said a manager would have to unexpire the credits. I did just pay for the massage lotion but now am wondering if I lost credits that were 'expired' when they weren't supposed to be. It shouldn't be that difficult.

It was like when you get stuck in an Uber when the driver won’t stop talking. Massages are supposed to be relaxing! Spa experience. Never again with the tech we booked.
