    My massage therapist was so sincere, genuine, a joy and provided a great massage! She made my experience even better than just a massage! The front desk receptionist was such a joy too! Passionate you can tell and there for every part of your experience as needed! Great staff and clean!

    The girl that did my facial was very nice but I felt like I got ripped off because my facial was expensive and I didn't get much from it

    I paid $160 with a tip to have one service (water and pulsing vacuum) on my face. This included washing my face 2 times and putting lotion on my face. I was dismayed to hear that there was going to be no massage on my face, neck, or shoulders. You are not marketed as a medical aesthetic facility. I scheduled this facial and expected more services like a massage and a face mask or peel. I have been getting facials for years. I came to Massage Envy for a relaxing experience that would include a massage and more skin care than the administration of a water and pulsing vacuum and then moisturizer put on my face. VERY DISAPPOINING EXPERIENCE especially for the cost.
