- Rating 1.0I called and asked for deep tissue. I asked the person on the phone at least two times if the therapist does deep tissue. She assured me that he did. Turns out, he does not do deep tissue which is what I need. So it was a wasted 90 minute session. I talked to the front desk about this after my session. I was told that Rachel, the manager, would call me Tuesday. She did not. Someone else called to confirm my next appointment for deep tissue. It is supposed to be this Thursday and the front desk staff thought it would be comped (only 60 minutes available). I reminded them that I was waiting for Rachel's call. They assured me she would call later today. She did not.
