Just to be clear, I would recommend ME to others, but NOT the West Loop Chicago location. My fiance and I both have memberships and schedule our massages at the same time. We have a history of one of our sessions getting cancelled at the last minute. Our most recent visit was a belated Valentine's Day celebration, which we both took off of work for. I went into my session and 5 minutes later, my fiance's therapist called and said she was running late (mind you, we were the first appointments of the day, 9am on Presidents Day that had less rush hour traffic than normal). Since we scheduled 1.5 hour massages, my fiance offered to cut his down to one hour, to which the staff said "they'd let him know". They said they'd call his cell and let him know so that he could go grab coffee next door. He went to get coffee and never got any call, so at 9:30 he went back to check on the status, he was informed his appointment was cancelled entirely. Granted, they are giving him another hour session, but I wish this was communicated to us when we checked in (about 10 min prior to sessions) so that I could have rescheduled and not left him waiting in the lobby for the hour and a half. If this was a one time occurance, that would be one thing. But this is a COMMON THEME with this location, with various staff members.
