- Rating 1.0My appointment was double booked or a glitch and it goes downhill from there. I sent an email with no response. I am considering submitting a review. Poor management. I go routinely for massages and have never had an experience like this.
- Rating 1.0When I walked in, the staff immediately gave me nasty looks. They did not welcome me with a hello or a smile. They ignored me standing in front of them. Then, I was sent to the back to meet my masseuse. My masseuse, Brittany, was even ruder than the front desk. She was not dressed in uniform, spoke to me with an unpleasant tone, and even loudly sighed and moaned “Jesus Christ” when she found out she had me as her client. I was left feeling uncomfortable with this masseuse. Why would I want a mean stranger touching on my body? Additionally, this was easily the worst massage I have ever gotten at Massage Envy. Brittany worked impatiently and carelessly. Overall, this was an extremely unpleasant experience at Massage Envy Streeterville-River North. It is highly unlikely I will return.
