- Rating 5.0The check-in staff is very friendly and effecient. I am always able to schedule my next appointment immediately. The staff if very knowledgeable about services provided.
- Rating 1.0I had a terrible massage that left me physically bruised and emotionally distraught. My masseur spent the last 30 minutes of my session talking about how I needed to diet and exercise more to ensure I could "look better" and "find a husband." He was recommending I take certain supplements from GNC and work out for ~2 hours a day like he did. I was very uncomfortable with the way he was talking about my body while touching my body and left my appointment crying. I alerted the front desk who did nothing other than saying they would tell the manager. No follow up. I called the following day to file a complaint and was told the manager would call me back within the hour. That never happened.

- Rating 5.0All of my professional masui are very excellent with their specialty and products selections. My body and face feels great when I leave the massage parlor.
- Rating 2.5It wasn't the experience. My problem is the membership rule that doesn't allow you to quit yet finish using the hours accrued. Additionally, it would be great if members could gift to others more than 1 hour every 6 months. That policy is ridiculous. My issues are with these corporate policies, NOT with the staff or services.

- Rating 4.5Overall, the experience was very positive. We were greeted and cleared by the front desk and taken to a very quiet and relaxing room to wait for our service. We were a bit early so that space did its magic while we waited. Jenny then provided me with an excellent massage that relaxed my muscles and lifted my spirits. It prepared me for the remainder of a lovely day. The front desk checked us out with care.
