The experience was so poor it is what finally convinced me to cancel my membership. It took Sara 30 mins just to wash my face. Then she made me feel so terrible about my “compromised skin barrier” trying to upsell me to a peel that I was near tears feeling terrible about myself and my skin. Then when her suggested treatment - that was simply a redo of what my last session with a different person was - burned my skin she gave up and did no actual masks or treatments just massaged my shoulders for 20 mins. She put some serums on but no sunblock or moisturizer to end the session, left without a single word. I have had bad experiences but this was the worst and I already called my home location to cancel. I am sharing because your associates need feedback on their communication to members. Also, my husband gets facials at ME and has never once been upsold or told his skin is anything bad even though he washes it with nothing but bar soap. I feel targeted for this constant upselling at ME. I could not get out of there fast enough. Good luck, hope the feedback helps you run your business in a better way.
